I ship first class or priority (depending on weight) and include delivery confirmation for my protection on all domestic orders. Certificate of mailing on international shipments and insurance (on domestic and international shipments) for your protection is optional and at your expense - please let me know if you'd like to add it prior to paying.
No returns are accepted except in the case of gross representation or mistakes on my part - this means if you measured incorrectly, your child had a growth spurt, your dog ate it, etc. I cannot accept returns.
Keep in mind that hand knit wool is VERY stretchy and the fit will change over time. Also please expect up to a 10-15% variation in measurements of a new flat item.
Customs utilizing the customer's yarn require a deposit equal to 50% of the knitting fee. Customs using yarn belonging to Kenzie's Kozies, LLC require a deposit equal to the value of said yarn plus $10. This deposit is non-refundable. The balance will be due promptly upon completion of the item.
Unless I dyed the yarn myself for the project, I am not responsible for any bleeding of the dyes on the finished project when I wash and block. I take all precautions to ensure the dye does not run when I wash (including using unscented wool wash) but sometimes hand dyed yarns will bleed regardless of the precautions taken. Please let me know when ordering a custom if you do not want me to wash/block your item. If you are worried the dye might run, you may want to try washing it yourself.
You will be invoiced upon completion. If payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice, possession of the completed item, including any yarn sent in by the customer, reverts to Kenzie's Kozies, LLC.
If you find yourself unable to pay, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I am happy to work with you, but I have to know up front.
Unless instructed otherwise upfront, all invoices will be sent to the address from which the deposit is received.
Residents of Texas are responsible for Sales tax of 8.25%.
